We are delighted to have been awarded in the ‘Trust’ category at the ‘Self-driving Industry’ Awards in Margate last week. Hosted by Cars Of The Future, the awards recognise the most compelling innovators in the Connected Autonomous Mobility ecosystem.

Our Chief Operating Officer, Daniela Menzky, was in attendance to accept the award on our behalf and extend a huge thank you to the organisers for recognising us.

Cars of the Future editor Neil Kennett said “In the Trust category, the judges were looking for examples of exceptional service promoting public acceptance. This was the most challenging category to judge, with strong claims by an array of very different entrants. In the end, the judges decided that the ultimate facilitator of trust is effective cyber-security. We were delighted, therefore, to present our inaugural Self-driving Industry Trust Award to Angoka. Their hardware-based approach to assuring machine-to-machine communications starts at an electronic component or subsystem level. Giving each device a unique digital fingerprint enables it to safely exchange data with other trusted devices, making life much more difficult for hackers.”
